You’d think it was created just for them!!

Iconic architecture, incredible wedding venue.

Jo & Jon are big fans of the amazing architecture of the city of Liverpool, home to so much incredible history of trade & of course music. They chose to celebrate their intimate wedding with their family & friends at the one & only St. Georges Hall.https://liverpoolcityhalls.co.uk/liverpool-register-office/.

Perfect bridal preparation.

Jo & Jon chose another historic venue to stay with their family the night before & to get ready for their ceremony.

The White Star Line Hotel, https://whitestarlinehotel.co.uk/ the company operating the one & only Titanic offered a wonderful atmosphere and even allowed us to use some of their stunning rooms to photograph Jo in her finery.

The perfect wedding dress.

Jo’s stunning dress, a simple ivory satin in 50′ style from Azize. Giving the vintage glamour from the fitted bodice to the full skirt. https://www.azazie.com/gb/all/bridesmaid-dresses?utm_campaign=437183165&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=bing&utm_term=1163284375201224&utm_content=azazie%20dresses&msclkid=0db9a3f351bc16cba999c9443ea3a5bb.

Looking hot, hot hot! The perfect make up.

When your wedding day is one of the hottest days we have had, you need to look perfect all day. Jo’s fabulous hair & make up stayed flawless from start to finish. Thanks to the amazing talents of Karen Hegarty MUA. just-divine.co.uk

The beautiful summer light flooding into the high windows of St. Georges Hall framed Jo perfectly. A quiet moment before she made her way into the ceremony room.

An elegant wedding ceremony.

Mr & Mrs!

Newlyweds holding hands beneath grand sunlit stone columns

A quiet stroll as newlyweds, the sunshine creating stunning accents to the iconic buildings. This is why they chose this venue. Jon, not usually a ‘suit guy’, rocking his suit accompanying his beloved wife. A few quiet moments whilst the family entertained their children in the gardens behind the building. Come into the garden..

St, John’s Gardens, behind St. Georges Hall is an oasis in the city centre. A place for everyone to enjoy the beauty of nature & a perfect place to be with you new hubby.

Jo & Jon thought of everything, bringing everyone a personalised bag with a little picnic to enjoy in the gardens and let the children to play whilst we took photos.

Following their city ceremony, they all travelled home to Sandbach for a family meal at their favourite venue including a fabulous cake by Shona Howard of Howards cakes & bakes, Sandbach.

It was such a joy to be invited to photograph the wedding for Jo & Jon, we have photographed them & their growing family for several years, documenting the children as they arrived in this world & their major moments along the way. An absolute privilege to share this day with them.
