What if it rains when we planned an outdoor wedding ceremony??

Well, this is Britain….. No matter how many sausages we bury, sometimes the sun just doesn’t come out to play. Your venue will always have one eye on the weather forecast. They will do their absolute best to help you have the outdoor ceremony you hoped for. A final decision will be taken about an hour before the planned ceremony time, in case they have to set up indoors as a backup plan for you. Afterall, getting married is the most important thing.

A perfect example of ‘weather watching’ for this beautiful couple at their wedding. The staff at Albright Hussey Shropshire wedding venue bent over backwards in distinctly ‘changeable’ weather. The planned ceremony time was greeted with a thunderstorm! One of the huge benefits of having a celebrant led wedding is that they can be so much more flexible with their time.

After everyone sheltered inside from the rain, the sun shone fantastically for the ceremony they worked so hard for.

Can it be too hot to get married outdoors????

Hard to believe in Britain, but yes! It can be too hot outside for the safety & comfort of your loved ones. Simone & Adam had a fabulous outdoor ceremony planned in the beautiful garden at Mytton Fold www.myttonfold.co.uk. Lancashire wedding venue. Everyone appreciated celebrating in the the cool of the air conditioned ceremony room.
